Eleven Surveys for UNDP
GSoft Sols was honored to be entrusted by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) to lead an extensive survey initiative under the Merged Areas Governance Project (MAGP). This ambitious project spanned several key sectors—health, education, skills development, women’s entrepreneurship, and agricultural reform—across Pakistan’s Merged Areas.
Our role encompassed full-spectrum survey execution, beginning with the design and development of customized, culturally sensitive survey instruments. The deployment phase involved wide-reaching telephonic data collection campaigns, supported by GSoft Sols’ proprietary CATI software with multilingual capabilities in Urdu and Pashto. This ensured inclusivity and accessibility for diverse respondent groups, including rural farmers, educators, women entrepreneurs, and healthcare beneficiaries.
A stringent quality assurance framework guided each stage of the process, from training enumerators in ethical and gender-sensitive interviewing techniques to implementing real-time monitoring dashboards, logic checks, and encrypted data handling.

Project Execution Excellence
GSoft Sols employed a hybrid approach combining digital innovation with field-tested methodologies. Our CATI system enabled real-time tracking of KPIs—call success rates, interview duration, completion ratios, while ensuring respondent privacy and data security. Enumerators received comprehensive training in ethical conduct, local language communication, and technical platform use.
Each survey was preceded by a strategic pilot phase to validate tools and processes, followed by continuous supervision, call audits, and iterative feedback mechanisms to ensure fidelity to protocol and rapid troubleshooting.
