GSoft Sols has collaborated with Oxford Policy Management (OPM) to conduct a Robocall Survey, leveraging cutting-edge automated voice technology to gather data efficiently and accurately from a wide and diverse demographic. The use of robocalls in this survey enabled OPM to reach a large number of respondents across various regions, ensuring broad participation and comprehensive data collection without the need for manual intervention. By automating the calling process, we were able to significantly reduce the time and costs typically associated with traditional survey methods.

Our team worked closely with OPM to design and implement the survey system, ensuring the technology was user-friendly and accessible to respondents, while also maintaining the necessary accuracy and security of the data.
