We developed a Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) Survey system and integrated a Reminder SMS System, streamlining the survey process and ensuring efficient data collection. This custom solution was designed to facilitate smooth and organized survey administration, enabling quick and accurate responses from participants. The CATI system supports automated data entry, reducing the risk of human error and allowing for more efficient data processing.

In addition to the CATI system, GSoft Sols integrated a Reminder SMS System, ensuring timely follow-ups with survey participants to maximize response rates. By sending automated reminders to participants, the system helped improve engagement and encouraged individuals to complete the surveys, even if they initially missed the initial contact. This proactive approach increased the reliability of the collected data and contributed to higher completion rates, ensuring that valuable insights were gathered efficiently and in a timely manner.
